Captain America: Dead
Everyone who's a comic fan knows that NOBODY stays dead in comics anymore. Not even Bucky.
But Joe Quesada has stated that Captain America's dead and having an autopsy and won’t be coming back.
Of course Quesada also stated in an interview with Newsarama that he would not rule out a return of Captain America in the future.
Now this is the SAME Joe Quesada who has stated that he was enforcing a “Dead is Dead” policy when he first took over as EiC of Marvel.
On the flip side, this is the same Joe Quesada who let Joss Whedon bring Colossus back from the grave and Grant Morrison kill Jean Grey, only to let Greg Pak bring her back just to kill her again. Among the list of characters killed and brought back under the Quesada era of Marvel is Hawkeye, Jack of Hearts, Morlun, and many more.

It doesn't take a Jesus to smell a big hype/sales ploy.

Even dumber is Captain America showing up in the recent Moon Knight issue that was supposed to ship before Civil War but managed to ship after he was killed.
Even more dumb than that is the Moon Knight series.
