Connery might kinda sorta be coming out of retirement. If the price is right.
Connery has once stated that Indiana Jones would be the only movie he'd be willing to come out of retirement for. When Indy 4 came around, Connery quickly squashed rumors of Henry Jones Sr. making an appearence by stating "Retirement is just too much fun."
So if Indy couldn't....could Bond?
Connery says "I wouldn't mind coming back as a Bond villain. But I don't think they would pay me enough. They don't pay the money for other parts, only for the Bond character, although that wasn't the case when I was doing it."

Children of Men tv show?
David Eick, writer-producer on the “Battlestar Galactica” and “Bionic Woman” remakes, is writing a pilot script for a series based on “Children of Men.”
Eick has states that the show will concentrate less on the war that is going on as depicted in the movie and more on the characters set in the story.
